About MeI come to Lister Hill Library from Georgia State University, where I was the liaison librarian for their School of Health Professions and Departments of Public Health, Health Administration, Kinesiology and Health Education, Public Administration, and Early Childhood Education. Prior to my time at GSU, I was a librarian at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Library and Information Center. I have authored articles in several peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Allied Health, American Journal of Preventive Medicine, and Medical Reference Services Quarterly. I have a passion for teaching, technology, health-related issues, and helping people find the information they need. For fun, I enjoy playing with my toddler son, working in the yard, and relaxing with my husband. I am thrilled to be at Lister Hill Library and to be working with nationally-ranked health sciences programs! |
